This 1974 German Exorcist take-off directed by Walter Boos (Schoolgirl Report) is surprisingly well made and atmospheric. The story takes place at a girl's boarding school where a beautiful blonde orphan (Dagmar Hendrich) is possessed by an evil demon. Re-issued in the US as Beyond The Darkness and The Devil's Female, it is best known as Magdalena Possessed By The Devil. The new HD master was created from the uncut US X-rated version. There is plenty of delicious sleaze combined with some legit scary demonic moments making this one highly worthy of the Dark Force moniker.
