Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
SLIPCOVER POLICY-Due to the impossibility of the perfect or pristine slipcover, most of these items we sell will have minor imperfections from time to time, especially as they travel through the mail and distributors. Please expect to occasionally receive slipcovers that have slightly dinged corners, light creases, scuffs etc. These types of imperfections are inherent to the entire manufacturing and distributing process and are to be expected. For these reasons, we will only be considering replacement requests to items with severe damage that was obviously incurred during shipping. No replacements on items with minor imperfections.
SALES TERMS- Sales tax is charged on all California orders. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO CANCELLING ORDERS. Returns within 14 days on damaged or defective items. No returns on loose discs unless the disc is damaged.

ATTENTION: The slipcover for MIRROR MIRROR 4K has been discontinued due to a typographical error on the face stating "4K Ultra HD + Bluray". There is no Bluray disc with this release only 4K UHD disc! This is the last chance to purchase discontinued slipcover. No returns due to slipcover!

CANADA and INTERNATIONAL orders are temporarily being re-instated while we look into a new carrier. CANADA FLAT RATE 20.00 per order-FREE SHIPPING orders over 70.00. INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE 23.00 per order-FREE SHIPPING orders over 90.00. Please allow up to 4 weeks delivery on international shipments. Travel time is often shorter but on occasion can be longer.
